The founder and CEO of Good & Bed approached me for a redesign of their website. They were looking for a simplified, mobile-optimized shopping experience that would capture the heart of their business. Their main selling points are quality, experience, and sustainability.
Research and Discovery
I sent a kickoff design brief to the client to gain a better understanding of the business, their main selling points, competitors, pain points and more.
We developed a project plan and I created a design guide PDF which contained design objectives, user personas, and simple market research to help guide us throughout the process.
I restructured the site architecture and developed a new site map with simplified sales funnels.
Finally, I crafted wireframes in Sketch and turned those into high fidelity designs after feedback and approval.
The simplified and streamlined user journey I designed ultimately led to an increase in traffic, generated leads, and sales.
